As someone who was teased incessantly at her last job for loving garlic "too much", I thank for you this recipe. I whipped it up in about 15 minutes and no one could believe that I didn't slave for hours. It truly taste gourmet! I didn't have any cloves, so I used a nice chopped garlic paste from the local gourmet grocery and it worked really well. I love how you can add more pepper and tone down the garlic for relatives or guests that aren't as fond of garlic.

We love garlic and this is the best salmon recipe I believe we have ever had. I did alittle different than recipe called for, I melted the butter and minced garlic in a baking dish in the oven and placed the seasoned salmon in dish with butter and added more melted butter and minced garlic over top and added 1 to 1 1/2c. water and baked it for 30 minutes. Turned out fabulous! This is most certainly a keeper. The flavor is just simply outstanding!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

The simple recipes are always the best. This is excellent salmon that just melts in your mouth. I melted the butter, then let the garlic set in it off the heat for about 15 minutes, then proceeded with the recipe. This made for a more intense garlic flavor. Also added salt to the salmon with the lemon pepper seasoning. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!
