Garlic Chicken Pasta

If you're a big garlic fan, you may want to increase the amout of garlic. Please tell me how you liked it... I love to hear from you!

SERVES 7 -8 , 7 -8 meals (change servings and units)

    Cook chicken in oiled saucepan until lightly browned (completely cooked).
  2. 2
    Put chicken to the side.
  3. 3
    Cook onion until lightly browned, add pepper and cook for about 2 minutes.

    Add chicken and tomatoes, remove from heat, and cover slightly with lid.
  5. 5
    For sauce: Melt butter on medium heat in saucepan.

    Cook minced garlic until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7
    Lower heat, stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Stir in sour cream, milk and lemon juice, and cook until heated through.

    Add vegetables, chicken, and sauce to pasta; stir.

    Before serving, crumble feta cheese on top.

    This is good but needed a little zip for our tastes. A dash of cayenne pepper took care of that. I feel like the number of servings is off as well as the amount of pasta. No way I would dare to try to serve 7-8 people on two chicken breasts. There was also too much pasta for this amount of sauce. The overall flavor though was good and preparation was easy. Thanks Kelsey! Prepared for PAC Fall 2008
