I made this to snack on while watching football, and what a great snack it was! Loved the garlic butter on the popcorn...a first for me. Made for your win in football tag. Congratulations!

I ate too much!! But, golly day, it was just so darn good. I used my favorite method of popping the corn into a large roasting pan and then baking it for a couple of hours at 200 degrees. Then I substituted olive oil for the butter, lightly sauteeing the garlic in in the skillet. Just before serving I poured it on the popcorn and added a more than generous amount of the Parmesan. It almost tasted like a meal instead of a snack. You've spoiled me Sharon, and now I'm going to want to eat my popcorn this way all the time.

This popcorn is very tasty. I made it for some visitors and they couldn't stop eating it. Neither could my fiance. It has a nice garlic and cheese flavor.
