Fruit Smoothie

Recipe #313644 | 5 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Heather the Flutist
Jul 14, 2008

I adapted this recipe from the Nasoya website. It can make 4 small smoothies, or 2 large smoothies (I usually opt for the large as a meal replacement). The fruit of your choice can be substituted for the blueberries. I also use Lite Silken Tofu and Light Orange Juice to cut the calories and fat.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Blend together tofu, banana, orange juice, honey, and blueberries until smooth.
  2. 2
Add ice, then continue to blend until creamy.
