Hi Danine, loved your Fruit Smoothie! I used low-fat Raspberry yogurt from Publix, 2% milk, frozen raspberries & blueberries and Splenda. Added 1/2 to a whole banana - needed the potassium & I love bananas! We enjoyed it thoroughly - there were quite a few of us who raided the kitchen with me when they found out I had a new recipe to try. Living in a Nursing Home and being part of the administrative staff makes it easy for me to try all my new recipes. Thanks so much for sharing, Diane Thanks to QB49444 for reviewing it and my making it for "I Recommend . . . A New Thread!"

I used fresh strawberries and fresh pineapple to make this smoothie. I also cut the recipe in half and enjoyed it for breakfast this morning. A delicious way to start my day. Thank you for posting. Made for PAC, spring 2008

I am really enjoying this smoothie Danine. Sipping it now as I type . Its sweet, tart and tangy, I'm loving it. I used low fat fieldberry yogurt, 1% milk and frozen raspberries & frozen blackberries with a little sugar. Quick and very easy to make. I will be enjoying this often.

A good basic smoothie. I used a combination of frozen blueberries, strawberries and an orange. The yogurt was homemade plain yogurt and a teaspoon of vanilla was added with the milk. Made for *PAC September 2007*.
