An attractive healthy party favourite.

    Peel fruit and cut into bite sized pieces and thread onto small skewers (about 2-3 pieces of fruit on each).

    Combine sour cream, thickened cream, honey and mint. Mix well.
  3. 3
    Serve with fruit for dipping. If you don;t have skewers, serve fruit on a platter and provide toothpicks.

    What a beautiful and fresh dessert idea. I also used banana and sliced 5 star fruit on my skewers. This one is a keeper forever.

    Very good and cool treat! I used cantaloupe, strawberries, and kiwi fruit than whipped in the sour cream, honey, and mint into the thickened cream. This will be a favorite at our house!
