I got this from the Land O'Lakes web site. This is what I use for Pumpkin Muffins Pumpkin Muffins and Roll-Out Cookies Roll-Out Cookies. Add what ever food coloring you like for the cookies. I've also frozen what I haven't used. You may need to add a drop or two of milk to smooth it out after it thaws. # of servings is a guess

SERVES 24 , 24 cookies or muffins (change servings and units)

    Mix powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl.

    Add milk until reaching desired consistency.
