Directions

    Tomatoes: Peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped, very ripe.

    Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan over medium heat.

    Bring to boil.

    Lower heat and cook for 20 minutes.

    Pour into sterilized containers and freeze.

great way to process those 'maters. I usually process much longer, more like 2 hours. Guess we like our saue more dense. Thanks for sharing.
