In an effort to duplicate the fresh salsa from the grocery deli section, I made up this one. Very simple.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Process tomatoes (reserve a few for a rough chop), garlic, salt, cilantro, and red onion.

    Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve with tortilla chips or mix into a casserole like I do.
