    Clean the strawberries and remove the stems.

    Peel the bananas and break it into chunks.
  3. 3
    Place the strawberries and the bananas into a blender.
  4. 4
    Then add the fruit juice, ice cubes, and the honey.
  5. 5
    Place the lid on the blender.
  6. 6
    Fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes over the top.
  7. 7
    Turn the blender on high and blend the shake until smooth.
  8. 8
    Always keep your hand over the lid so that it doesn't come off.

    Great recipe. My son just had dental surgery and has to be on soft foods for 2 weeks. This recipe tastes wondeful and is healthy as well. I substituted cranberry-grape juice for the cranberry juice as that was what I had on hand.This is a nice refreshing smoothie that is great in the morning as you head out the door. Will definately make again.

    When we made this we used frozen bananas. You need to blend the fruit then add the honey. That way the honey does not stick to the side of the blender then add the remaining ingredients. This was very easy to make but since I'm not a banana lover it rates a 4. I think 1 banana would be better suited for my taste.

    This is a refreshing fruit smoothie and I add some frozen cherrys and peaches...just to add more fruit and fiber....good stuff...
