Summertime Heaven! This is so simple, the hard part is cutting up all the fresh fruit. Everyone loves this and I am often ask to bring the fruit salad. I buy whatever fruit looks good and is in season. The fruit ingredients and amounts are to your taste. I make the day before to avoid rushing and add bananas right before serving. You won't believe how good this is, and so beautiful. I never measure the honey, I just pour a little over and stir it in.

Really great! I love it so much better than with sugar, or even some fancy glaze. It's natural, and it's delicious!

Mmmmmmmm, this was a lovely salad. I made this for our Easter dinner and it was so refreshing. I wasn't able to add the peaches as mine didn't get ripe and were blah in flavor so I opted to leave them out , and I couldn't find cherries but it was still a great salad. I will be making it again and again, as my family couldn't get enough.....thank you.....Stephanie

Hi MelodyH, what a lovely and delicious salad! That touch of honey clinches it for me! How very simple and beautiful! We prepared this for a group of visiting student nurses - they were finishing their time here and they brought all kinds of food and we just popped in with this fruit salad. You would have thought that they had never eaten any fruit in all their lives! It was inhaled by all! I didn't have any cherries or peaches but it was delicious anyway! Thanks for sharing, Diane :=)
