Danceswithskillets

I try not to eat too much sugar, so I whipped this up for a good and quick meal when my stomach isn't up to food. I didn't know what to call this, because it's not a smoothie or pudding exactly. The hour is for optional chilling time.

SERVES 1 , 1 meal (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 baked yams or sweet potatoes (regular poatoes DO NOT work!)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 few ice cube (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
Blend all ingredients but ice together in a blender. Add ice and blend again if using ice. Cool in fridge or enjoy at room temperature.
