Four Fruit Smoothie

Recipe #152035 | 10 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Smoothie King
Jan 18, 2006

This smoothie is great because it doesn’t include any dairy products (yogurt or milk), which also keeps the calorie count down. It's a homemade recipe after experimenting and it is wonderful and nutritious.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Very good, thank you Smoothie King! I also used frozen berries and the grapes were not very nice so I added white grape juice. Loved the hint of grape flavor with the berries and banana. Tripled this recipe and we all enjoyed a great smoothie!

This is an excellent combination of fruit. Plenty sweet without any sweetner, and I think a lot of that is due to the grapes (whose taste you cannot exactly detect). Due to the fact that I made this almost entirely with frozen fruit (everything was frozen except the banana) I left out the ice and ate this like a sorbet. Wonderful taste and so very satisfying!
