Whew! These taste delicious but out of 12, I got 3 nice cookies on my LAST batch. You have to get them folded IMMEDIATELY out of the oven or they crack open and it takes patience and force of WILL! Mine took 7 minutes to bake at 350. Good Luck!

This recipe is amazing! It tastes great and works well. I had a little trouble with the folding at first, but once I got it down it was fast and fun.

This recipe is just too cool and fun!I made these to go around my birthday cake and filled them with funny fortunes for my family. Everyone LOVED them. The only change I made was to add vanilla extract instead of the other 2 extracts and I used a tiny bit of water to thin the dough enough to pouring consistency. I had no problems folding the cookies, it was actually fun. I do love a challenge!! I made about 2-3 cookies at a time, could have maybe done more but did not want to push my luck. I will definitely make these again. They are certainly "creative cooking"..lol. Thank you so much!

I made this same recipe (except 1 t vanila and 1 t almond) for invitations to a gathering several months ago. I'm not even sure now where I found mine. Example for my invitations.. You will have a wonderfull time on Saturday nite ... They were so popular! I must say by the time I had made 50 of them I could not believe anyone would want to eat one (I didn't even want to look at one!) But other than being told how creative I was, they all commented on how great the taste was. I've also used them for valentines day for my husband (wink). They are time consumming and hard on your fingers (plan on getting burned a little) however I experimented w/ several recipes and this one is truely the best and least likely to just end up in the trash. You do need to plan on a few trial and error ones though. Have fun w/ them!
