This foot soak soothes aches, remove odors, and soften rough skin. Hey go ahead and add some rose or lavender petals to the bath.

1 foot bath (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup epsom salts
  • 5 drops peppermint extract
  • 3 drops tea tree oil
  • 3 drops lavender

Directions

  1. 1
    Add oils and salt to a large soaking tub of very warm water.
  2. 2
    Soak feet for as long as it feels wonderful.
  3. 3
    Rinse, dry and massage a lot of your favorite lotion into your feet.
  4. 4
    Put on white cotton socks and relax!

What a wonderful relaxing treat for your feet! My daughter is a dancer and a waitress and she was in heaven while soaking her tired feet in this fragrant bath. Thanks for sharing this!

    I reallllllllly enjoyed this! I've always liked a nice epsom salt soak, but with the addition of these wonderful oils, my oh my it was wonderful! My feet really felt wonderful afterwards! My feet thank you as well! hehe Thanks Rita!
