Fondue Dipping Sauces

Here are 3 sauces you can use for your next fondue.

1 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Cracked Pepper Sauce good with beef

Dill Sauce good with fish

Teriyaki Sauce good with chicken beef fish

Directions

    Cracked Pepper Sauce: Beat cream cheese& butter together until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. 3
    Chill a few hours or overnight to blend flavors.

    Serve at room temperature.

    Dill Sauce: Combine all ingredients.
  6. 6
    Chill several hours or overnight.

    Teriyaki Sauce: Saute garlic and ginger in oil 30 seconds.

    Add soy sauce, water,& Sake.
  9. 9
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.

    Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.

    Stir into Sake mixture.
  12. 12
    Heat& stir until thickened.

    Serve at room temperature or warm.

I only made the cracked pepper sauce, but it was VERY nice! We "fondued" filet mignon chunks and served it with this sauce, Mustard Dipping Sauce Mustard Dipping Sauce and the garlic dill sauce (on "Love is in the Air" Beef Fondue & Sauces). Can't wait to try the others you list here, thank you!

    The dill sauce was good, the Cracked pepper sauce and the Teriyaki sauce were the B-O-M-B!!!!! We fondued to ring in the 08' New Year.. We served Taliapia, Sword Fish, Steak and Chicken. And they all tasted GREAT with each and every one of them.. Thank You sooo much for posting this.. Rave Reviews from our guest and a KEEPER 4 SURE!!!
