This makes a great gift! Put in a basket with the spices, a jar of pesto, olive oil, and maybe a baking pan and a wooden spoon. Rising time is estimated.

Easy to make! A gift for myself. The bread turned out great. I didn't have pesto. I topped mine with olive oil 1 crushed garlic clove, thinly sliced roma tomatoes, black olives green onions and a little salt and pepper. It took 20 min. in the oven. Thanks!!

This is the best Focaccia I've ever eaten, and the easiest to prepare, too! Now that it passed our taste test, I can't wait to give it as gifts! It is pretty spicy, so I may decrease the crushed red pepper a bit for gifts, but it was perfect for our family. Served this with Chicken Parmesan Easy, Authentic Tasting Chicken Parmesan (Parmigiana) and Spaghettini With Roasted Garlic Spaghettini With Roasted Garlic. What a fabulous combination enjoyed by everyone! Thanks so much for posting this, Sharon!

I liked the idea of the gift mix... but when I tried out the recipe before I made any for gifts, I thought it was too hot. If I make it again, I will definitely cut the red pepper flakes to about 1/2 teaspoon. And maybe sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
