Flynn's Garlic Beer-Can Chicken

A garlic marinaded whole baked chicken that has white meat that will melt in your mouth.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

    Marinade the chicken in the garlic sauce for two or three hours.

    place a 1/2 aluminum can of beer on a baking tray.
  3. 3
    cover the beer can with the chicken.
  4. 4
    bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 2 hours depending on weight.

Very good, moist and tender. I will make this one again. I didn't use the garlic sauce for the marinade. I had some lemon Lawry's lemon/pepper marinade on hand and used that.
