This frosting is wonderful. I was looking for an easy recipe for frosting to finish my daughter's b-day cake and came across this one. It was very easy and I had all the ingredients around the house. It is great! Try this, you won't be dissapointed!!

This is my ALL TIME favorite icing. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I haven't made it in years but decided I wanted to have it for Easter Dinner. I LOVE it on Angel Food Cake - Homemade (my favorite cake)... ymmmmmm

This was easy to make and resulted in a stiff, satiny, frosting that looked beautifull on my cupcakes. After adding the vanilla, I stirred in some food color. And added sprinkles after frosting my cupcakes, there was more than enough frosting for 18 cupcakes

I have never tried an icing anything like this. I wish I had found it earlier. I used it to decorate One Bowl Gluten Free Chocolate Cake and it was perfect. Not too sweet, not to bland. Thanks Caryn for a great recipe!
