Very good cookie. I didnt have almond meal so i just subbed with organic corn meal. The corn meal made them have little bits of really hard "bits" when you ate them but they were delicious. Mine didnt come out super crunchy; but that could have been from my subbing honey for the sugar. My daughter loved these and I will make them again.

excellent buttery crunchy cookie. the directions left something to be desired but i powered on through. i baked at 350 for about 14 minutes and they're a nice slightly golden brown. very easy to make. i definitely recommend.
