Really this recipe is so so great!! I doubled the sauce and it was just too great. I didn't have the sesame oil so I used regural oil and it was still super duper. A real crowd pleaser for sure!!!

I used 1/4 c rice wine vinegar in the sauce — WAY too much. I could only taste the vinegar, so it really ruined the dish. I think if you add only 1/8 c, it might not taste as bad, but I won't be making it again.

This is an excellent recipe for Sesame Chicken! Flawless ... just as the name implies! I did not have chili paste on hand, so I used red pepper flakes (about 3/4 tsp.) and the "heat level" was just right. You did not mention the type of vinegar to use, so I used Rice Wine Vinegar, which turned out great. Thanks for posting this! We will definately be making this again!

If I could give you more stars I would... This recipe is just wonderful!!! I made it for the two of us, and we ate the whole amount; my husband then asked if I had more!!! I will be serving this soon again. Very, very nice. If I could I would tell everyone at Zaar to make it!
