An absolutely delicious salad dressing that is the house dressing at a five star restaurant that shall be left unnamed, I got this from a friend that works there. Very tangy and sweet. Like a creamy raspberry vinaigarette.

This dressing should get 10 stars! We loved it and I was sorry I did not double the recipe....will not make that mistake again...will make for the holidays as it is such a pretty festive color.

Oh sweet heaven! I had to adjust it a bit to reflect the ingrediants I had on hand. Mine was a lime-ginger instead raspberry! I used fresh (frozen) lime juice, 1/4 t ground ginger and 1/4 c sour cream instead of the raspberry yogurt. Super YUM! Oh I also doubled the recipe except for the dijon and vinegar. Mine turned out kind of green, but I didn't bring much home from a family gathering I took it to! Thanks for a great recipe!!

I followed instructions exactly on this one. It is very, very good! It's like a raspberry vinagrette, but it has a distinct creamy texture. The flavor is great! I used it on a spinach, raspberry salad, with almonds.

I've been really putting off reviewing this because I've been really torn between 4 and 5 stars. I really think that, for us, it really is a 4 star recipe. Although I used full-fat yogurt, we thought that this needed a more creamy taste. We tried it as-is, but found it not quite to our tastes. I ended up adding about a Tbs of mayo to make it a littler richer and really enjoyed it like that. I think that maybe adding a little sour cream or whipping cream or something would be good. I really expected to like this, but it wasn't quite to our tastes...
