This was good hearty comfort food and great on a cold night. I cheated and used frozen chopped spinach, and used only half a very juicy lemon. I don't travel with ramekins, so made this in a baking dish and cooked for 30 minutes.

I have just eaten 2 of these wonderful pies. I ended up using gummy shark which is like flake. MMMMMM. I will be making these again and again. loved them. Made for Edition 2: MAKE MY RECIPEāa game of tag!

I made this tonight as a one dish each meal for the two of us. The only thing I did different was to use a drained can of smoked fish in place of the haddock. This worked well and I will certainly make again.
