This is my favorite rub for ribs. I got it out of a Woman's Day magazine years ago. My copy is in bad shape, so wanted a safe place for it.

8 Tbsp (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix all together.
  2. 2
Use on beef or pork ribs before basting with BBQ sauce.

Excellent! Used the mix on a rack of ribs, sprinkled generously and refrigerated overnight. This rub makes for wonderfully flavorful ribs. Basted with Bobbie-Q Sauce (Barbecue Sauce). We loved them and have added the recipe to our BBQ collection. Thank you Beverly.

This is a great rub for ribs and I'm sure equally good with beef. The ratio of ingredients is perfect, producing wonderful flavor. This is a keeper, Beverly292, and I can't wait to make it again.
