Ff & Sf Pudding (Made With Yogurt)

Recipe #256521 | 2 min | 2 min prep | add private note

By: AllForHim
Oct 1, 2007

Instead of using skim milk, I used yogurt to give back that creaminess that it was missing.

SERVES 4 , 4 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Slowly poor pudding mixture into water while whisking (do not sub milk).
  2. 2
    Stir into yogurt.
  3. 3
This keeps about 3 days due to the separation of yogurt.

I have been using this to make a slightly healthier version of banana pudding. I definitely beats pudding made with skim milk. It makes the pudding slightly sour so I am not sure how it would taste plain.
