I might have messed up a bit the quantities (I do need a computer in the kitchen!). I liked that it was fat free but my DD's asked for some butter to go with it. I'll add some ginger next time.

OMG, this is good. I used a granny smith apple, and added a bit more cinnamon plus a bit of ginger. I put a spoonfull of frozen coolwhip free on top. YUMMY, decandant, so good! Try it!

Quick, easy and tasty. How can you go wrong with apple and cinnamon? I didn't have any granola so just used the Cool Whip. I use 1/4 tsp of hazelnut extract and 1/4 tsp of vanilla. I did add an extra tsp of Splenda and that was just right for me. Be sure to use a dish big enough to allow for boil up while in the micro.

Oh my goodness....I tagged this less than 10 minutes ago and I'm eating such a superb dessert treat! It has such great flavor and is so healthy! I know I'll be making this often!! Thanks for sharing the recipe with me!
