YUMMY! This is by far the best kale recipe I have ever tried! I had bunches of Russian kale and tried this recipe to use it up. It is soooo good! The perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I did not use raisins and used walnuts instead of the pricey pine nuts. It was magnificent and soooo healthy! Thanks for such a fabulous recipe!
