This is one of my family's all time favorite mushroom recipes, you can double the recipe, I have left the garlic as optional if you are a garlic lover I suggest to add in and you may adjust the amount to taste --- you will love this!

Another hit Kittencal! Absolutely one of THE BEST mushroom dishes I have ever tasted. I followed the directions exactly and used mozzarella cheese. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Absolutely fantastic! We love mushrooms in my house. I did make 1 small change, I had 1 stalk of leek left to use up so I sauteed the leek with the mushrooms. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This is a very tasty dish which was given 5*s by everyone tonight!I didn't have fresh parsley but used dried instead. One meat eater said they would have given up their pork chop and had a bigger portion of the mushrooms instead! That says it all- thanks for a great recipe.

This was very yummy! Almost like thick mushroom soup! We enjoyed it very much. I added garlic to the mushrooms, used dried parsley (forgot to get some fresh when I was at the store), and used a colby jack cheese. YUM-O!
