This smells so good cooking but I found it just a bit plain . Great base recipe that I will have fun playing with. I think next time I will use a veg broth . Made for PAC 2009

The weather has turned a little cooler and a nice steaming bowl of lentils was perfect. I did reduce the amount of oil but everything else remained the same. This was served with a tomato and feta salad. Made for PAC Fall 2008
