This cumin was a little too strong for my family. Next time we will cut the cumin in half and add more cayenne. It was still better than the store bought stuff!

We really enjoyed the chicken fajitas I made for supper using your wonderful Fajita Seasoning Mix. It's so quick to mix and tastes a million times better than commercial seasonings! Believe I've bought my last packaged! Thanks a bunch for posting. Laudee C.

It was good enough for me to make a second time, but not my favorite. Then again, I only tried it on steak fajitas. If you like the taste of chili powder, then you will like it because that seems to be where most of the flavor comes from. My husband and I prefer a tangier, less bitter flavor.
