Our traditional New Years Day breakfast is always OUTSIDE on our deck, no matter the weather (we do have a roof though). This year we invited all our neighbors and I made this. It was a hit, creamy and rich. I made the refrigerated part a few days ahead of time, then when ready, I heated the 6 cups of milk in a saucepan, then slowly added the "Good Stuff" stirring to blend.(I could just eat this as is! Like a rich chocolate mousse), and put it in a crockpot on low setting (no lid). For the chocolate, I used a Ghirardelli "Sweet Dark Chocolate" baking bar and will use it again.
