Fabulous Chili Con Carne With Beans
SERVES 6 -8
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 (29 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) jar mild salsa or hot salsa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- salt
Directions

Brown beef with onion& green pepper.2
Drain off grease.3
Drain juice off kidney beans.4
Place everything in large kettle and simmer 2-3 hours.5
Stirring occasionally.

I think this is now our favorite chili recipe The salsa gave it a wonderful flavor. Easy and usually have the ingregients on hand.
