Everyday Bread

Recipe #129155 | 2¼ hours | 5 min prep | add private note

A great Weight Watcher recipe! This is a wonderful bread to make and have for everyday use. It only takes a little time to throw everything into the machine to have yummy, hot bread waiting for us in the morning. The recipe makes a 2 pound loaf. The points come out to not quite .9 per ounce, so a generous slice (14 slices/loaf) would be 2 points or a skinny 1 point slice!

I really like this bread. I make it all the time and use Splenda. I wouldn't eat bread before but now I do. Thanks so much. It is great and I am glad their is no oil in it.

Thank you for sharing this recpe! What a lovely loaf of bread..a little dense which I really like and lovely flavours..I used the Splenda and added 1 1/2 Tbsp of water as it looked a little dry. I will make this alot.
