I love my brother's grilled chicken and for years, he would never give up the recipe. I finally whined him to death so here it is. I don't think he wanted me to know how easy it is to make. Marinates overnight.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a bowl, add the Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and minced garlic; stir to combine.
  2. 2
Add the chicken breast halves; cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. 3
Grill over hot coals for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

This marinade is excellent. Very easy indeed to put together. I marinaded Chk. Breasts with bone in. The chicken turned out so juicy. Will definitely be making this recipe in the future. Thanks for a delicious and easy recipe.

This is indeed great, so simple and so tasty. I've made it many times over the past year. Also great for make-ahead/OAMC. I put the chicken and marinade in a ziploc bag and freeze, then pull out a day before I want to make it for dinner. It's easy to make several batches at your convenience and then pull them out of the freezer when pressed for time. It doesn't get any easier than that! Great recipe!

Honestly, I didn't think italian dressing and teriyaki would blend well. But I couldn't help myself and made it anyway. I marinated it for about four hours then actually just baked the whole thing plus the marinade in the oven. I was really good! A good flavor, it looked appealing with the color from the teriyaki and the spices from the dressing. It went nicely with baked potatoes and salad. Thanks!

This is the BEST chicken marinade I have ever used. We used a bit more garlic. So yummy! We will be grilling a lot of chicken this summer! Thanks!
