This is a nice Creole seasoning. Maybe a tad on the salty side, but still, a very nice seasoning. I like that it's not as heavy on the paprika as a certain other celebrity chef's famous blend, and the flavors of the herbs and onion come through. It has a nice bite, without setting your mouth on fire. Thanks for posting!
