Emergency Sweeeeeet Chocolate Fix

Recipe #73848 | add private note

By: Anu
Oct 22, 2003

Girl-type comfort food. But guys, don't be afraid to approach! This works almost as well as a tub of ice-cream for drowning ludicrous sorrows, inextricable squabbles, non-existant hunger, unreasonable resentment, immature grumpiness, unnecessary annoyance, and gaaaawwwwd-i-need-chawwwwkklaate syndrome, but only if the instructions are followed carefully. One mistake and the whole thing is ruined!

1 tenth of a helping (or less...) (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix the two ingredients well until you can't tell one apart from the other; proceed to step 2.
  2. 2
Grab the nearest spoon, dig in shamelessly, and make those slurpy sounds while licking the spoon; repeat step 1 with the rest of the condensed milk and cocoa powder in your pantry.

Oh my - this is way too good... If I am out of Mayfield's Extreme Moose Tracks Ice Cream, this will serve as a great quick fix! Thx. for posting (I think?)... I'm wondering how it would be with some chopped up chocolate truffles or M&Ms... This could be trouble!

If you heat the contents of the whole can of sweetened condensed milk along with three squares of unsweetened baking chocolate or one half bag chocolate baking chips together in a double boiler (or a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water) you end up with the world's best hot fudge sauce. To cure any lovelorn feelings or just a cure for a chocolate fix, this is it.
