Love these as they are made in a flash with a few ingredients that I always have.

10 -12 scones (change servings and units)

Preheat oven to very hot- 225 degrees C.
  2. 2
Mix flour, cheese, milk and salt together until combined.

Wow. Very cheesy, very yummy. Made last minute to go with soup - I should have made more! Super easy and wonderful taste. I did add about 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Had no self raising flour, so used 1 tsp baking powder and that worked just fine. Thanks! Will make again.

fast, easy and very good! my daughter loves these. the cheese adds just the right amount of crunch to the base and the high baking temperature ensures the scones are nice and puffy. i'll be making more of these!

My 2 year old helped make these in mini-muffin pans so they were just her size. I used Soy milk and they came out so moist! Also, didn't have self-rising flour so added 1 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt to 1 cup flour.

What a great recipe. I've actually made it quite a few times now - it's just so quick and easy to throw together. I make my scones quite small as my girls always want one for each hand so normally get 16 out of a mix. Thanks for posting a fabulous recipe.
