my niece made this for me when i visited her in texas they are delicious. here is a tip on how she served them she topped the sandwich with chickfila cole slaw and this really made them extraordinary and delicious.

Excellent tasting. Easy to make. Definitely a keeper. I had to push things along so cooked on high setting for 4 hours, keeping an eye on it. Turned out great. This would be great for a workday dinner.

This makes wonderful, tasty, flavorful BBQ sandwiches! It is so easy, you won't believe it - perfect for a weekday meal, for entertaining (because you do not have to cook, while guests are there), and the recipe could easily be adjusted for a large crowd. The only things that I did differently was sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; add a few dahses of hot sauce to the BBQ sauce; and throw in some diced green chiles for the last 1/2 hour of cooking time(I, too, shredded the meat during the last 1/2 of cooking time, so that the meat could soak up the sauce and flavors). Served it with BBQ beans and corn, which was perfect with it. Wonderful, simple recipe - thanks for sharing a great idea!

This is great for an easy meal and my family loved it. I used frozen chicken breasts and used the leftovers for nachos the next day. Thanks for the recipe!
