Simple and easy. I'm on the lookout for crock pot meal meals and this is a keeper. I followed the advice of other reviewers and sprinkled with garlic salt and pepper. I also shredded the cooked chicken and placed back in the pot to cook with the bbq sauce. Thanks Kree I will make again and the bbq onions are great! Next time I will serve this with those onion hamburger buns.

This makes wonderful, tasty, flavorful BBQ sandwiches! It is so easy, you won't believe it - perfect for a weekday meal, for entertaining (because you do not have to cook, while guests are there), and the recipe could easily be adjusted for a large crowd. The only things that I did differently was sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; add a few dahses of hot sauce to the BBQ sauce; and throw in some diced green chiles for the last 1/2 hour of cooking time(I, too, shredded the meat during the last 1/2 of cooking time, so that the meat could soak up the sauce and flavors). Served it with BBQ beans and corn, which was perfect with it. Wonderful, simple recipe - thanks for sharing a great idea!

This is great for an easy meal and my family loved it. I used frozen chicken breasts and used the leftovers for nachos the next day. Thanks for the recipe!
