I loved this! I did swap out the asparagus with zuchinni because of personal preference. Next time I think I'll cut down on the capers. Thanks so much for posting.

This is an excellent choice when you want dinner fast. I did use much olive oil than called for and reduced the amount of butter by half. The combination of capers and asparagus is a winning combination. Made for Easy Does It in the Photo Forum.
