Smells great while it bakes and was very easy! Juicy porkchops with flavor, although I added a little extra on all the spices and more salt. The onions were perfect and I made applesauce and mashed potatoes to go with it...great dish! Next time I will pour the juices in the foil wrap on top of chops to keep them juicy just before serving..

I put onions underneath, then chops, then onions on top. Loved the flavor. My only complaint was mine were dry — 30 minutes was too long. I'll definitely try again and cook maybe 20 minutes. Thanks for another chop recipe.

The scent from the chops when you are browning them is heavenly - I put onions on the foil then the chop then more onion on top and tightly sealed the package, baked as called for and the result was a tasty moist, tender chop. As you can see by the pictures when the package was opened the onions on top were pale but the ones on the bottom were golden, Definately a do again recipe Thanks MizzNezz

Nice and moist pork chops. I didn't have any sage so I substituted poultry seasoning instead.
