Easy Peasy Smoked Salmon Alfredo Pasta

Used a bunch of leftovers and now we eat it every two weeks. Tastes just like an expensive restaurant!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces

  • 1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
  • 1/4 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
  • pasta, penne is the best (any type)
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. 1
    Cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
  2. 2
    Over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
  3. 3
    Add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
  4. 4
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5
    Warm until heated through.
  6. 6
    Enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.
