So easy! I also added honey, and I really liked the flavor. I cut the chicken into strips and they were perfect for my 3 year old too.

So quick and easy. I happened to have honey in the house the first time I made this so I used about 1/2 cup of honey along with the mustard. The flavor was great! The second time, I didn't have any more honey so I made it just like the recipe said and it still had good flavor but I would definitely use honey if you have it..just adds more flavor

Just to sweeten this up a bit, I mixed the yellow mustard half and half with honey. The oven temperature and timing still works well if only one chicken breast is baked.

We are on a serious budget crunch around here this month, so I was looking for a recipe that would taste good and would be easy to prepare with what I had on hand. This recipe fit the bill to a tee! This chicken was so moist and delicious...excellent flavor. Don't go easy on the mustard. Slather it on those chicken breasts...you won't be disappointed in the end result! I ended up cooking mine for about 30 minutes and added just a dash of season salt to the bread crumb mixture. Delicious! Thanks Bergy!
