I had a packet of McCormick chili seasoning that I wanted to use. I found this recipe and decided to make it for lunch. My packet didn't say mild or hot on it but wow was it spicy (no fault of the recipe of course). I followed the recipe as written other then I did add another can of tomato sauce to help with the spicyness of the chili packet. My boys loved it.

This was super tasty. I substituted ground turkey for hamburger...so good. Cooked it for dinner for friends, they loved it on a cold winter night. Super easy to make! Serve it with cornbread muffins too!

Very quick and tasty! The kids had seconds and said to definitely make it again so it's a keeper. Prepared exactly as recipe said, using Angus ground beef and mild chili beans. We topped it with saltines, sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream. Thanks Windchime for sharing!! UPDATE - It was suggested we try Fritos cornchips instead of the saltines and that was a big hit too.

Sunday was chili day and my DS won't eat my chili because I put too much "stuff" in mine. I made him a pot of this just for him and he loved it! I followed the recipe and put it in a crockpot so he could have easy access. He ate it with Fritos and cheese. This is his new favorite chili recipe. Thanks for posting!!
