Gomae - Japanese Style Spinach Salad

I was surprised at just how "lemony" these were. They were great. I made them in a real pan lined with foil in the BBQ. Great side with any kind of BBQ.

Delicious different! I usually saute mushrooms with wine. I enjoyed this for a different taste. Prepared for ZWT5 Team Jammin Java Jivers.

Wonderful tasting way to prepare mushrooms. I simmered mine on the stovetop for about 10 minutes and they turned out great. Thanks Hope for another great recipe.

Love these! I used red onions diced and added some oregano. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes along with chicken. They were still firm and lemony and garlicy. Thanks!
