Very, very good! I've been making this for so long, (15-20 years), that I don't remember where I got the recipe. But it HAS survived the test of time!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine first 4 ingredients, toss with meat.
  2. 2
In skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
  3. 3
    Stir in tomatoes, undrained.
  4. 4
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat or til meat is tender, stirring frequently.
  5. 5
    Remove pan from heat.
  6. 6
Remove 1/2 cup sauce mixture from pan, and combine with sour cream. Then return mixture to skillet, blend well.
  7. 7
Heat through over LOW HEAT. DO NOT BOIL! Or mixture will curdle.
  8. 8
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.

Very Good! After I browned the pork...I put everything in the crock pot and when I came home....the aroma in my home was heavenly. We enjoyed this with egg noodles. I added some peas just before serving. Great dish for this fall weather. Thank you for sharing.

This turned out great! It was simple to make and very filling. I also used sweet Hungarian paprika. Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

Diced 1 small onion & fried with the cubed pork tenderloin. Used Italian style stewed tomatoes. Could not find 141/2 ounce size so I used 1 19ounce can & it work out find. The pork was very tender next time I may add a little fresh garlic. A nice easy receipe to put together. Thanks

This was enjoyed by all. I used pork strips and 1 big can of crushed tomatoes which I may cut down for next time and then possibly add in some more spice. Thanks for the recipe!
