I love the idea of using wonton wrappers! I used fat free ricotta, omitted the spinach, and added basil and sun dried tomatoes. They turned out great and were so simple!

This is a great way to make quick and easy ravioli! I made mine into tortellini by pressing together two ends after sealing the triangle. Every ravioli kept intact during the boiling process. These were great with some pasta sauce.

This is a wonderful quick recipe. I used fresh uncooked lasagne sheets and pressed the edges down with a fork. These are better than the usual homemade recipes because the ravioli did not split open when being cooked. Thanks for submitting.

This was good and super easy. I added a touch of fresh ground nutmeg to mine. I had extras which I froze for a quick meal in the future.
