Sometimes I use 2 1/2 tsps of roasted dry garlic flakes instead of the fresh. Easy side dish goes great with chicken

This was pretty good. Made as directed except I left out the parsley because my kids wouldn't have eaten it. I served this with Pork Chops Yum-Yum by Brad Beckwith also on this site. With a side of green beans we had a complete meal compliments of Zaar. I'll make again. Thanks for sharing.

This is a keeper. I added 1/2 t. salt and used jasmine rice, one of my favorite varieties. It cooks up light and firm. Thanks for an easy and delicious side dish.

Fantastic recipe! Easy to make and the rice cooks perfectly. I did add 1/4 tsp of ground turmeric to mine in addition to s&p and it gave just a bit more color, which was very nice. This will be a regular in my collection! Thanks for posting!
