A great recipe for when you are short on time. My mixer was broke, so I mixed it by hand and didn't have any trouble. The dough was very sticky, but it baked up nicely. Our biggest complaint was the toppings didn't stick with adding them at the end. I think it would be better to mix the rosemary into the dough and brush the top lightly with oil before adding the Parmesan cheese to help it adhere better. The flavor reminded me of some bread sticks I've made without the hassle of making individual sticks. A good starting point, but I think it could be jazzed up a bit.

Very interesting consistency when mixing - not what you would expect from a yeast bread. I would recommend adding more seasoning on top, garlic, basil, salt whatever your prefernece. Quick to make - nice to eat.

This was NOT easy. The dough is extremely sticky and I was unable to beat it for more than 2 minutes because it burned out the motor in my mixer. Getting the dough off the beater blades proved practically impossible and make a huge mess of me and my kitchen. I have little faith that it will rise and bake up properly. So much for a relaxing afternoon of bread baking! I have to go and give my kitchen a bath...

I hate making bread, I never have good luck with it, but I had a package of yeast and a craving for bread so I decided to try this and YEAH! it worked AND was easy to make (combine all ingredients and wait..) Made it for my family and they loved it and I am making it again tonight. Thanks for the great recipe!
