Easy Deviled Eggs

Recipe #7728 | 15 min | 5 min prep | add private note

This adopted recipe has already received many good reviews and is the way I have always fixed deviled eggs. Since these are just basic deviled eggs, use your imagination and add anything you want. Double or triple the recipe if desired. Cooking time includes time to cook the eggs.

SERVES 3 , 6 deviled eggs (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Cut eggs lengthwise into halves.
  2. 2
Slip out yolks and mash well with a fork.
  3. 3
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
  4. 4
Fill whites with yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly.

This is a perfect basic recipe. I added pinch of salt and a tsp of sweet relish. Deeelicious! Thanks, Grandma!

Needless to say, I made these for my mom's 60th birthday party yesterday (and had very short time to prepare these). Every single one was gone and I heard complaints from some individuals that only got one deviled egg (and wanted more)! haha. They went quickly. My fiance swears that my aunt called them "phenomenal". Thanks for the quick, easy, fast, yummy recipe!

These make the best deviled eggs. Simple, easy, and delicious. We like them best when the yolk, mayonnaise and mustard are mixed in a mixer. It makes them lighter, and they end up mixed a little better. Thanks for posting the reccipe!

I have never made deviled eggs before, believe it or not. And this was so easy and they turned out great. However I made a much bigger batch, and they all went.
