This is cooking at its easiest. A lot of satisfaction for a little work. Like some other reviewers, I found this came out a bit dry, but I think that if I had doubled the recipe and frozen half for later, that wouldn't have happened. My crock pot is wide and shallow; the barbecue sauce in this recipe didn't even cover the bottom. I'm guessing that those with tall, narrow crock pots had better results on this one. I'm definitely going to make it again.

Such an easy recipe. It is a dump and run recipe. What is great about cooking chicken pieces in the crockpot is that you can place it in the crockpot frozen and it will be moist and tender when you get home. Barbecue Chicken without the fuss.

This is a fantastic way to cook BBQ chicken. The chicken is so moist and tender, and the juice from the chicken combined with the red onion is different, but surprisingly good. I used a Cajun-Style BBQ and it was out of this world. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.
